What media should be used and where will it be kept? – Number of factors will influence the decision, seriousness of data, volume of data, and speed in change of data, how quick it will take to recover, cost of various methods
Who has responsibility to ensure the backups are taken? – One person in charge of backing up (network manager), things to consider, testing recovery plan, availability of staff to recover, training of staff to cope/staff their role, availability of equipment, availability of software, availability of communication links.
