Brief Overview of Company (Summary of budget)

The company is a blog, in particular CupcakesandCashmere.com which has transitioned into an online business. Emily Schuman, the creator, writes and blogs about fashion, food, home décor, and everyday life advice. She began the blog in 2008 on blogspot.com and has now transitioned the blog into her own domain name. In response to the popularity, Emily has produced two books in relation to the blog and has multiple sponsors under her belt.
Business Problem
Emily along with other bloggers who have turned their website into a business frequently complain about the fact that some of her posts get deleted by accident. This is a problem considering her blog posts are essentially what she is getting paid for.
Recommended technology (off the shelf) overview
I recommend that Emily along with other successful blog businesses use some sort of cloud storage to backup their data. Generally, a blog business is small to medium, thus, the capacity needed to store information should not be as large. For instance, considering it is a small online business, I would use Dropbox as a method to store and backup data.

General benefits it will provide the organization
The benefits it would provide Emily and bloggers are that all of their information—photos, videos, content, etc. are safely stored and easy to retrieve. Since her blog is her business, it is important to maintain all of her work. Dropbox will make sure that Emily will have none or fewer accidental deleted posts or lost data on her website. Also, since one can access dropbox through a computer or mobile devices, Emily can work on her blog even when she is away from her computer. Essentially, Emily and her teammates can update their files across multiple devices, easily communicate with each other, there is deletion recovery, and enough space to store all of her…...

These ‘clouds’ of computing resources can be accessed on an as-needed basis from any connected device and location.” So long as students, educators, and administrators have a device connected over an approved network then productivity and efficiency, which gives the entire university community a much better chance at success by being able to get so much more done with slightly less effort and time. In this case, since the group is not able to go through their own alleged and cannot completely synchronize to succeed, they are stuck in the stages of Forming and Storming. “Each group has its own interests, and in some cases these are directly opposed to one another.” (Robbins and Judge, 630). They are not taking into account that, know, they have a common goal to work for. Furthermore, I believe the principal problem in Woodsom Foundation is the extremely different background of each member of the group, making them strongly differ in some vital views to start the project, like the participation of the parents on it. Secondly, there would be some demographic diversity issues, considering that “most of the students served by the Washington, D.C., school district are African American, along with large populations of Caucasians and Hispanics. The NCPIE makeup generally matches the demographic diversity of the areas served by the public schools. The Woodson foundation, based in northern Virginia, is predominantly staffed by Caucasian professionals.
