(Please keep these instructions for your records.)
1. Please backup the content (data, music files, etc.) stored on your unit before sending your iPad for repair.
Because of the nature of the repair process (which may require internal storage replacement or formatting), some or all of the content stored on your unit may be damaged or erased. We are not responsible for any damage to or loss of content.
2. Record your iPad serial number from your iPad. iPad serial #______________________________________
3. Fill out the enclosed ‘iPad Repair Information’ sheet.
4. Please do not include any accessories with your shipment as they are not needed for the repair. Ear buds and power cords cannot be repaired. Please contact your service provider if you feel the problem is with your accessories.

Please DO NOT ship your unit in the retail store packaging.
Package it in a sturdy cardboard box
The box needs to be large enough to fit the unit with at least 3 or 4 inches of extra space on each side and the top and bottom to allow room for packing material
Please make sure the box does not have any old shipping labels on it.

Use packing material like bubble wrap, foam wrap, or foam packing peanuts.
Place the packing material in the bottom of the box as a cushion.
Set your iPad on top of the packing material in the box
Place the ‘iPad Repair Information’ sheet in the box.
Make sure the iPad does not rattle by adding additional packing material around the sides and top.
Use packaging or shipping tape to close the box.

6. Shipping Instructions: Place the pre-addressed return label on the box and call UPS at
1-800-742-5877 for drop off locations. Use the UPS tracking number at www.UPS.com to check on the shipment of your iPad to our service center.
Repair Time: You will get an email notification or an automated phone call when we receive your iPad at our repair facility. After your unit is repaired and shipped out, you will get another email or an automated call, which will provide you a shipment tracking number. Most iPads can be repaired and shipped back to you within 7 – 10 business days. In the event that additional time is required to complete your repair, we will contact you by phone or email. We will repair your iPad according to the terms and conditions of your contract.
