Following a report on GE’s business operations, shareowners will vote: • to elect the directors named in the proxy statement for the coming year; • to approve our named executives’ compensation in an advisory vote; • to ratify the selection of our independent registered public accounting firm for 2013; and • on the shareowner proposals set forth on pages 44 through 49, if properly presented at the meeting.
