Each section of chairs should contain 10 rows of 25 chairs. At the front of the room should be a large projector screen with the appropriate audio/visual equipment to use. In Back of room banquets tables should be assembled to accommodate beverages. o Food and Beverage needs: Bottled water, various juices, coffee, and tea should be located in back of room on banquet tables for attendees.

• Breakout Session 1: Target Markets o Date: June 23, 2012 o Start Time: 9:45 am o End time: 12:00 pm o Event purpose: Three guest speakers will speak about the emphasis of reaching various important target markets to give the company the competitive advantage and how to do so. o Number attending: 150 o Audience description: All Human Resource, Marketing, and Public Relations employees are required to attend. Attendees will be from various countries around the world. o Room size: Medium o Set-up requirements: Room should be set up with 25 rectangular banquet tables that accommodate 6 chairs each. Tables should be placed in 2 sections with an aisle in between the sections. A podium, a banquet table for 6 people, projector screen, and audio/visual equipment should be located in front of room. Audio and Visual Needs Each room with meeting activities will need to be equipped with a projector and projector screen. The ability to access Microsoft Power Point and Internet capabilities are also required. A podium with a microphone is required in each meeting room.

Food and Beverage Needs On both days at 7:30 am of a breakfast buffet will be held for all attendees. The buffet should consist of foods typical to a continental breakfast. Each meeting room should have beverages consisting of bottle water, coffee, and tea for attendees. A buffet luncheon will be provided each day serving sandwiches, salads, and beverages. On day one a dinner buffet is needed with a dish from various countries to represent the diversity of the attendees. Day two will adjourn with a formal banquet dinner which will serve attendees choice of chicken, salmon, or steak dinner accompanied with roasted potatoes and fresh green beans. Wine, Beer, and Spirits will also be available this night.

Transportation Needs Transportation will not be needed since meeting and lodging facilities are located on same property.…...
